Khan undertakes social and corporate social responsibility initiatives and activities within his organisation being a founder of Addison and Khan Solicitors and believes in giving back to the community to support less privileged people. He started his joint venture with Akhuwat UK in his birth town of Qadirabad where 257 families have been given a interest free rolling loan of 19 million rupees to start a small business.
A project to provide clean water and hand pumps was started in Qadirabad and benefited the surrounding area schools, bus stops, markets, hospitals, faith schools and playgrounds. Khan donated a library to his native bar (Phalia Bar Association) where he started his legal career. During the devastating Pakistani flood in 2020, he arranged food packs for over 1000 families affected families. He flew with Lord Ahmed to Bangladesh Coxs Bazar near Myanmar Border during Rohingya crises and distributed food and spoke out publicly on the crisis, writing columns in different UK newspapers supporting the cause.
